Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you have a minimum and maximum order?
For Summer 2020 there is a minimum of 10 to allow for socially distanced garden parties within social bubbles. This includes free delivery  within 20 miles of Honiton.
Otherwise, there is a minimum order of 30. Our van holds up to 120 deck chairs so this is the maximum for a single delivery
  • How long can I hire the deck chairs for?

Deckchairs can be hired for any length of time. The basic price allows for a 2 day hire which allows for a weekend's use. Eg. delivery Friday afternoon/evening, collection Sunday afternoon/evening. Extra days are charged at an additional daily rate. Please ask for a quote.

  • Where do you deliver to?

 We deliver to anywhere in the South West of England. Delivery is free within our local area. Outside of the local area there is an extra charge. Please ask for a quote.

  • Are the deck chairs set up on delivery?

If the deck chairs are to be used immediately we are happy to set them up according to your requirements. Otherwise we leave them stacked ready for your use and advise you on the safest and easiest way to erect them.

  • Can I collect the deck chairs?
Yes. You can collect from our premises but we ask for a refundable security deposit. This is a cheaper option and there is no minimum quantity, but do bear in mind that you need a large vehicle
  • Can I choose colours?

Yes. We have blue/white or red/white deck chairs and you can choose any combination of these subject to availability at the time of booking. If you do not specify a preference you will normally get a mixture.

  • How do I book?

Please email or phone us to establish availability and price. If you decide to go ahead we ask for a 25 booking deposit and for you to fill in a booking form. The remaining balance is payable a week before the event.

  • How do I pay?

Our preferred method of payment is BACS. Deposits can be paid by PayPal
